The research philosophy of the MVP lab is to broaden the career opportunity beyond the unique career barriers of various cultural groups and support individuals to actualize their own potentials and career goals. We expect our studies can eventually contribute to the well-being of individuals, organizations, communities, and society. Our lab pursues the social justice and common good by respecting diversity and multiculturalism.

The name of MVP lab presents our research wishes that every individual regardless of the gender, age, social economic status, national origin, or ethnicity can be the MVP in their career and life.
